You may cancel your order by contacting us in the first 20 days after our acceptance of the order; or, if you have ordered a Product from us, in the first 14 days after receipt of such Product.

If you do cancel, you must return any Product provided to you within 14 days of the cancellation. If you do not return the Product to us, you will have to pay the full price for the Product.  

We will advise you how to return the Product when you cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of any return postage back to us.

If the Product you return is not sent back to us in its original packaging and/or has been either used and/or damaged, this may reduce the value of any refund that we will give to you.


Purchases made on the NET CS store ship as soon as your product is available. You’ll receive emails or SMS messages about the status of your order. Orders are sent through various carriers and can only be sent to addresses in the UK.

When your order will ship

In most cases, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email or SMS message that has your delivery service information and tracking number.

If part of your order isn't available for immediate shipment, your order will not ship until all items are available. You will see “Processing” if you check the status of your order online. When your order ships, the status will change to “Completed”, and you’ll receive a shipment notice with a tracking number.

Shipping methods and carriers that we use

In the UK, we offer Next Day, Second Day, and Ground shipping to physical addresses. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or military bases.

How to check the status of your NET CS order

We’ll send you email or SMS message updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped.

You’ll see your order number on the NET CS store’s order confirmation page after you check out. It’s also included in the receipt emailed to you.
